Faster UAE Shipping Policy 

1. Coverage Area

Our shipping services are available across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other major cities.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM GST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day. If this applies, our team will notify you in advance.

2. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are carefully processed and dispatched within the same day or the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 During promotional events, flash sales, or peak seasons, dispatch may take an extra day, we’ll inform you in case of any expected delay.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2–3 working days.
Working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Example: Orders shipped on Tuesday will typically arrive by Thursday or Friday.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
You can easily track your order through our “Track My Order” page or via the courier’s tracking link.
In case of any unforeseen delays, our customer support team will notify you with updated delivery information.

6. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by factors such as extreme weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
 If a delay occurs due to our courier’s error, we’ll ensure re-delivery at no extra cost.
For any delay beyond the estimated timeline, our team will proactively reach out to you.

7. Failed Deliveries & Returns

If delivery fails (incorrect address or recipient unavailable), our courier will make re-attempts at no additional cost.
All return or exchange requests must comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Order Changes & Customer Support

To modify or cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our support team at info@hellofaster.com.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible however, we’ll do our best to assist.
