Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Faster UAE. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy allows returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return / Exchange Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges (unless the item is defective, in which case our warranty provisions may apply).

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in the same condition as delivered: unused, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

  • Returns or exchanges of items that have altered, damaged, or missing parts (due to customer misuse) will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery via email: info@hellofaster.com 

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return or exchange, reason, and preferably photos if there is defect or damage.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address and, if applicable, a pre-paid return label.

  4. You must ship the return item(s) back to us within 7 days of our approval, following our packaging and shipment guidelines.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval or return authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping & Costs

  • For returns or exchanges due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), Faster UAE will bear the cost of return shipping.

  • For returns or exchanges by customer preference (e.g. you changed your mind, ordered the wrong model, etc.), we will be responsible for the return shipping cost for one time.

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Faster UAE is not liable for return items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you (by email) whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method or exchange your item.

  • Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may request an exchange during the 14-day window, subject to stock availability.

  • The easiest way is to return the original item (as per our return process) and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you may be asked to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, we may refund the difference after exchange is processed.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received a wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

  • We may ask you to return the item for inspection; once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you (including return shipping) as per our discretion.

9. Conditions After Inspection

  • Returns or exchanges may be refused if the returned item fails inspection (e.g., missing parts, not in original condition, damage not disclosed, etc.).

  • In such cases, we will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense.

10. Policy Exceptions & Limitations

  • This policy is specific to purchases made through Faster UAE’s official channels.

  • For promotional, sale, or clearance items, optionally you may state that these are not eligible for return or have special terms.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time; changes will apply to new orders placed after the update.
